Next-Generation Health, Delivered to Seniors

Expanding Equitable Telehealth Access for Seniors Through Human-First Innovation

Connecting Communities · Expanding Access · Improving Lives

Telehealth Access Initiative Foundation expands access to high-quality virtual care by supporting technology, connectivity, workforce development, research, data integrity, and partnerships that reduce barriers to care.

Patients still face avoidable barriers to care — driven by geography, workforce shortages, digital exclusion, fragmented care transitions, and weak operational coordination. These gaps hit hardest in rural, aging, and safety-net communities, where a missed connection can mean a missed diagnosis, a delayed treatment, or an unnecessary hospital transfer.

Telehealth Access Initiative Foundation exists to close that gap — one community, one partnership, and one pilot program at a time.
